Your main missions
As Team Leader 3D Design & Technical Plans, your responsibilities will be:
Design & Production
- To achieve 3D designs, drawings and technical drawings decors, furnishings and scenographic spaces.
- Ensure technical and aesthetic quality Deliverables.
Team management
- Lead a team of designers
- Divide tasks according to project competencies and priorities
- Accompanying and raising your employees' skills
- Monitoring the various projects and your team
Customer relationship
- Be the preferred contact point for clients to understand needs, propose solutions and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor projects in coordination with other services.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge of software:
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- Blender
- Rhino
Professional skills:
- Team Management and Leadership
- Mastery of furniture and decor construction materials
- Project management from design to delivery
- Organizational sense, rigour and autonomy
Profile sought
- Experience confirmed in 3D design and technical plans
MINIMUM 8 YEARS OBLIGATORY - Team management experience
- Creative spirit and sense of outcome
- Good relationship and sense of customer service
