About

Vibe, creators of immersive scenography in France and around the world

Since 2016, Vibe has been designing and producing immersive sets by mastering the entire production chain. Our strength is based on a central tool: our own workshops, where the design, manufacturing, testing and preparation of the installations intersect.
We think of scenography as a dialogue between space, narrative, matter and usage. Each project is tailor-made, with the same requirement, regardless of scale or context.

Customised

Each project is designed and manufactured specifically for its location, use and context.

Know-how

Artists, artisans and technicians combine their skills to form precise and mastered scenography.

Adaptability

Each context is different; our solutions adapt to technical, human and environmental constraints.

Commitment

We engage at each stage of the project, from design to installation, with the same requirement.

Two workshops in Occitanie

Vibe today relies on two complementary workshops in Occitanie, implanted in the Gers and in Upper Garonne. These places of production allow us to work as closely as possible to the projects, with great responsiveness and a perfect mastery of the technical constraints.

Workshops are at the heart of our way of working: this is where ideas take shape, materials are tested, adjusted, assembled, and prepared before they are installed on site. This integrated organization ensures continuity between the scenographic design and its implementation.

Craft and technical know-how

Our workshops bring together artists, artisans and technicians complementary skills: scenographers, designers, carpenters, metalmakers, painters, sculptors and decorators. Each project is the result of collective work, fuelled by the exchange, experimentation and constant adjustments between the design office and the workshop.

We work on a wide variety of materials – wood, metal, fabrics, resins, polystyrene, paint – combining traditional crafts and contemporary technical tools. This hybridization allows us to respond to cultural, heritage, event or museum projects, often complex and demanding.

A responsible approach

Faced with current environmental issues, Vibe places sustainability at the heart of its design and manufacturing process: protect natural resources and limit environmental impact are an integral part of how we work.

We favour local suppliers, the deposits of which are situated within a radius of 30 km around our workshopsin order to reduce transport and encourage short circuits. All the materials from the wood industry we use are PEFC certifiedensuring a provenance of sustainably managed forests. Our supplier, Let's talk Wood.ensure complete traceability of supplies and adhere to Transition, an eco-organisation approved by the State under the AGEC Law on Circular Economy.

We also work with paintings produced locally in Ariège by the company Maestria, committed to a sustainable approach. Thanks to its research and development laboratory, this company offers environmentally friendly products and human health, with certified manufacturing processes ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, integrating the use of renewable energy.

Finally, Vibe optimizes the use of materials from the design stage through the use of notebooks and production planning tools. Our workshops have a dedicated storage space to conserve and reuse waste materials, promoting their recovery in new projects rather than scrapping them.

Partner projects that go beyond scenography

Some projects are an integral part of Vibe DNA.
Beyond scenography, we are involved in other dimensions: team structuring, artistic direction, operational support, production and sometimes programming.

More than just a place of production, the Vibe workshop is a tool for creation, experimentation and transmission. This is where the identity of our projects is built: immersive, readable and sustainable scenography, thought to dialogue with places, audiences and usages. Each project is shaped with the same attention: detail, gesture and meaning.
